Mr. Sandile Shongwe has extensive hands-on working experience servicing online and offline quality instruments within the food beverages industry in South Africa and SADC countries as Ms. Zanele Mthethwa, though as an independent consultant. He has quality experience in technical-engineering, print & electronic media and business sales.

Quality experience in facilitating in HACCP, ISO 9001, First Aid Level 1 & 2, Life Skills, Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety. Also greatly experienced in the field of Public Relations Management Practice, Communications and Marketing.

He is experienced in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering construction (designing, manufacturing and installation of steel-works in the water boards, building & maintenance construction industries), General Building construction, not to forget the mention of Public Relations projects such as strategic business development, documenting Company Strategies, Plans & Policies (Corporate Governance, events management and organising), etc.
The duo have Sixteen (21) years of experience in the brewing & beverages industries. Fifteen (18) Years, in print and electronic – media, they are qualified and experienced facilitators in HACCP, ISO 9001, First Aid Level 1 & 2, Life Skills, Health & Safety and Occupational Safety. Ms Zanele Mthethwa
worked for Four (4) years & Three (3) month at SAB. Five (5) years at Heineken Brewery South Africa.
Seven (7) years experience working as a consultant withEureka Scientific, on online and offline instruments in South Africa and SADC countries,
namely:
Namibia, Malawi, Mozambique (Maputo, Beira and Nampula), Zimbabwe (Harare
& Bulawayo), Lesotho, Botswana, Angola, and Swaziland.
She is a Certified Technician; trained by Pentair-Haffmans Venlo in the Netherlands Europe.
Last but not least, she has experience in starting-up of a new plant, new line and new product
